HI, MY NAME IS WALLACE CHADWICK
A Lifetime of Service, A Commitment to Safety
As a lifelong Chesapeake resident, Marine Corps veteran, and dedicated law enforcement officer, I have spent my life serving and protecting our community. With a degree in Criminal Justice Administration and over two decades in the Chesapeake Police Department, I’ve worked in a variety of leadership roles, from gang suppression detective to law enforcement instructor and special operations commander. Beyond my service in uniform, I founded and lead Law Enforcement United, a national nonprofit that has donated over $10.5 million to support the families of fallen officers and provide critical resources to law enforcement agencies.
My mission is simple: to lead with integrity, ensure public safety, and build a stronger, more united Chesapeake.
